Why are females terrible corporate leaders?

I'm convinced that when women come into power, they become unhinged and evil.

Someone else put it best, it's no coincidence that whenever a woman is handed any position of authority, she immediately infantilizes her subordinates. They're only built to have authority over children.

They don't understand traditional, masculine hierarchies or power dynamics, how to effectively lead. An effective leader leads by example, is capable and respectable in their own right, and knows how to delegate. Women fundamentally don't understand delegation or roles (hence their obsession with inclusivity), which is why they always resort to micromanagement. Micromanagement makes sense, when you're managing children. It makes no sense in a serious business or mission, which relies on each part being a capable and able member with their own role and lane, with the leader merely guiding the ship, not holding everyone's hand.

This isn't even getting into the patent facts that women have no natural strategic ability at all, or ability to understand bigger picture dynamics and processes. They are ground level, detail oriented thinkers that only see 1st order effects, again, because they were hardwired to work with lots of crazy children and their immediate society. They will turn anything they touch into a daycare and a book club, because they only know how to operate in daycares and book clubs.

I fully understand why corporate America is ran like an unproductive crazy daycare center.

But you also need high IQ to run the company well which most women lack.

In the same vein, being more socially inclined, they can't follow through with difficult or unpopular decisions because they want to be "seen" as popular and respected without displaying the leadership like you mentioned. Deferred responsibility all the way down and then men are left holding the bag anyway. Jobs end up being more ways they can peck social hierarchy instead of staying on task. Some can indeed hold their own, but far and away most can't

I've had only female managers (also raised by a single mom, and my family currently consists of mom + aunt + grandma) since I entered workforce 15 years ago. I work in an industry that's ~ 70% women and 20% faggots. I'm getting tired of girlboss shit and my next job I will probably turn down the job offer if the manager isn't a clearly hetero dude.

Very well written. Actually, Jordan Peterson has talked about this before, but he was understandably very careful the way he worded it. He questioned women in positions of power for pretty much the same reasons you outlined.

I didn't say they're all maternal, just that the way they process the world is built around a different, maternal context. What you are experiencing is a mental malfunction. They can only have authority over children, therefore you are their child. If you know more than them, if you try to do things they don't say you should, you are breaking that context, they can't process it properly, they will try to put you back in their place.

For a man, it's a relief when one of his subordinates is capable and handles his job well. This is delegation working well. But women CAN'T delegate, they can only micromanage, and if you defy their petty orders you're "disobedient."

This is the difference between control and domination (leadership). Domination is more about status, earned rank, having the final say in things. Control is more about dictating behavior down to a granular level. Men seek domination/status but not control, control is annoying to them. Women seek control. We are merely our nature as it reflects our role in normal human society.

if you're somebody they can't confidently fire (like me, since I know stuff nobody does), you get to show them your balls and as long as you get *righteously* pissed off you can dominate them into submission

my boss is the typical feminist and she shrinks everytime I get angry, she starts stuttering and ends up agreeing or at least some kind of neutral diplomatic ending. even though everybody else is afraid of her. she is still a small girl even though she is 50. it helps that I could physically rip her apart and I know it. this has worked on every single woman manager I dealt with, you just have to know when to get pissed off and never back down. righteous fury, as Patrice O Neill said it. but you have need a bit of psycho in you, can't have nice guy mind set

what you wrote is mostly right but you can mindbreak them if you're psycho enough. basically what I found works with them is to treat them like children, you have to be nice when they're nice and push back super hard when they're bossy, basically be ready to fight them (not to say it out loud but they can feel it). if I get pissed off I am literally ready to go to my boss and start beating the shit out of her, I have the fantasy in my head and she can see it in my eyes. they always back down. the man dominates but you have to be strong. she knows I could kill her and she knows I'm a bit of a psycho

total nonsense. women don't care about corporations or productivity at all. they care about social rank and taking money from the world.

They're terrible leaders in general.
They're great cheerleaders and thrive in administrative roles because they don't need to derive meaning from their work the way men do.
But nobody instinctually feels inclined to follow women for leadership except children and younger women. That means it's harder for them to get people to follow them without threat of discipline, which is why female assertiveness comes across as "bitchy".

This. Like I said above, they don't derive meaning from work, so they're great at administrative and boring jobs. The corporate job gives them status. And there's actually some corporate jobs they do well in since they don't mind doing boring work.

The majority of them live life on easy mode, so they aren't naturally competitive, whereas most men spend their whole lives competing for female attention. They are evil, per se, but their actions often lead to evil because they're non-confrontational and risk averse so will often agree to bad policies to avoid appearing confrontational.

They should have never been allowed into board rooms or politics and are the primary reason that the West is circling the drain.

Even that is debateable. If the child is male and the father is absent then the child will become the defacto head of the house in many ways. Women are basically children for their entire lives. I'm a supervisor in the military and it's fucking insane how much everything you said reflects one of my colleagues to the god damn T. Not going to bother going into details but the daycare shit is disgustingly on point. You cannot micromanage large sections effectively.
