can you type the length for each charts on the left and on the right

wait no zoom out!

do you really just not understand the point of having a decentralized finance system no government or retard can fuck with for there own benefit?

Man, I haven't heard this comparison since 2017

Replace the word "Bitcoin" with "AI" and everybody loses their minds!

Yea your right. I think I'm just gonna hold assets backed by USD. The government is going to stop running up there 30 trillion dollar deficit with out any problems or printing any more dollars
It sucks way less having a defi system were a government can't print the total amount of USD that exist in just a couple years and cause inflation because of some flu or something like that

2% electrical supply

Based

All you had to do was stack silver, whats wrong didnt have a father figure growing up?

what happens when a national government interferes in private contracts to benefit crony elites over the commoners

I'm totally convinced! Bitcoin grows on plants! I can't wait to be flogged by a sea captain for eating a $108,350 Bitcoin bulb!

Every once in a while, like once a month, i smoke some weed and each time it hit me like a fucking truck : it's like the veil of collective madness and auto-hypnosis is being lifted up before my eyes, and i can see the brutal, horrendous reality in all it's horror : it's all a retarded social experiment where we tried to create infinite fake capital by the destruction of real wealth.
It's like i'm about to fall from the highest cliff into a dark, bottomless pit and i can't stop it.

Tonight is one of those nights where i smoked a joint, and rn i'm fucking freaking up, i'm so afraid of all this shit. It's all just so stupid. So absurd. It's just buzzwords & greed. It could go to zero tomorrow and deep down nobody would be surprised.
Just admit it, no one would be surprised. We will all think "it was too good to be true" because it is. Bitcoin is true. But we built a house of lies around it, and now bitcoin is a lie too.

I inherited something like 100 pounds of silver from my father. The value of the heavy box sitting in my closet is smaller than the value of the $300 unit of BTC I bought ten years ago, and harder to sell.

whats wrong didnt have a father figure growing up?

No I literally finished high school at the end of covid. When everything got fucked.

The other thing about bitcoin is that because it's not physical that makes it better and more secure. If had a lot of wealth in silver or gold the you physically couldn't move it out of the country or some were secure without the government without also being taxed for owning it with something like a house.

OK but the question you should ask yourself is

will i be smart enough to sell while it's "worth" something?

or will you let yourself be plucked like a hen?

because it's not physical that makes it better and more secure.

kek, it sounds exactly like the fairy tale of the naked king, explaining to his court how much better are his invisible clothes he paid a fortune for : so light, so supple, so easy to hide!

My father took a head on collision from a drunk driver and died instantly when I was being born. He was on his way to hospital from work.

Thats nice, maybe youll be able to spend your ballpark tokens to buy a virtual couch in the metaverse.

Ok. Just because it's digital doesn't mean it's invisible. I'm not here to sell you on it.
I would just rather understand why you would rather own a government back currency over something that is decentralized

*government backed

*you're

why you would rather own a government back currency over something that is decentralized

But you were talking about silver in your post, silver is infinitely more decentralized than btc will ever be. It's so decentralized it's literally dispatched all over the universe and miles below our feet.
Ofc fiat is literally the worst thing anyone can hold, on that i think both goldbugs and maxipads can agree on.

I just did the math, the silver is worth roughly $48,500. The 1 BTC is worth $108,350 at the moment. My father spent a shitload on that silver, like maybe a couple of months worth of his business's profits, and I bought the BTC for about two days' pay.

The silver or the BTC?

I've already sold around $45,000 of BTC. My total investment in BTC was about $3,000. I've got enough remaining to retire comfortably in Argentina.

I wasn't the one who brought up silver. Even than it's still a large physical thing you would need a lot of space to hold if you want to hold a lot of wealth in it. Or it would a "digital" thing were you let the bank hold it for you

That's nice and all, you found late stage baggies for the ponzi who decided to participate in, congrats. It's money you never deserved.

I prefer something cumbersome to something i can't even touch and could go wrong in a million different ways.

Fuck you, I invested in something I believed would take off because it has uses for people worldwide. Meanwhile you buy shiny rocks and whine when they're less than half the price you could have sold them for in 2011.

I'm , mobile IP address changed.

Reminder that you're correct but for now I'm making money so fuck you.

The way people bring it up constantly I thought it happened in the 70s or 80s not the 17th century

May God rest his soul and may you meet your father in Heaven.

would you give your recovery seed to your wife or a close relative in case you suddenly died in an accident?

bitcorn decentralized

XD

Decentralized
LOL perhaps the currency distribution, but not the mining. Ant group owns all bitcoin mining hardware.
