I made my own following this recipe and it was incredible. Makes the stuff in your pic taste like gutter oil in comparison. It costs a bit to get all the ingredients but you can make a bunch of batches with it should last you a long time.

The recipe I recall doesn't have that. Only two ingredients in it out of my reach (short of Amazon) are the szechuan peppercorns and the aforementioned gochigaru(sp?). Even then the latter can supposedly be subbed in with generic chili flakes and paprika.
