What if you don't make it?

What if you don't make it?

I live in Europe and we have pretty good wages and many safety precautions unlike the USA where you gotta work until you are 80 without getting sick or you become homeless or go to prison or some shit

Not an option.
I don't even accept that I will age.
I also won't die.

You'll see.

Didn't anybody ever teach her how to pull the bootstraps?

This person probably smoked two packs of cigarettes per day for decades, did god knows what other drugs, ate exclusively terrible junk food, and did zero exercise. I guess I feel bad about their suffering but to say that anyone else is to blame but themselves is a lie. You have to try extremely hard to fail like this in America.

t. some privileged rich boy

obesity pandemic is 60%

food supply clearly poisoned

make better choices guys!

kys faggot

In another era she would just be dead. She would have died in a poorhouse and dumped in an unmarked grave. In this era she is given a machine to keep her artificially alive and a sinecure fake job to give her some spending money and sense of worth. This is actually a "dream" in historical terms.

take my $2k/month social security check and rent a small shitty apartment in mexico.

He's not wrong and our elders grew up in the most privileged time of all humanity, before or since. Instead of putting in the least bit of effort, they let themselves be hypnotized by tv and indulged in every vice THEIR elders warned them about.

Also this, it's a fucking miracle she has a machine that augments her lungs that she can carry around and live such a normal life she can work a retail job.

I've always fully intended to try my best and sink to any low to make it, and if all else fails, suicide. Thanks to bitcoin that won't be happening.

you what you did there is a common fallacy where people compare today with yesterday and if there is progress they say "things got better". If yesterday is not far enough they go back to the day before.

However if you compare today not with yesterday with the alternative to today that could've been had yesterday been different. Now you're actually attempting to compare similar things.
Yes life in feudal Europe was better than life as a hunter gatherer arguably. And life today is better than the life of a medieval serf, arguably.

what's interesting is that today could be so much better that there would be no argument if this was the best time ever to be alive in.

It isn't a fallacy at all. We are in decline, right now. We are not heading towards some glorious post scarcity utopia you imagine. I'm describing the normal, which is the reality for 99% of human existence. You are insisting that the 1% can not only continue, but improve. Well, it could have. But then white people decided to commit collective civilizational suicide. If you go to India or China right now this woman is not alive, she is dead. That is our future.

eat McDonald’s, KFC, Pizza Hut, Taco Bell every day

Why am I obese?!? How could this happen to me???

smoke 20 cigarettes every day

How could I get COPD nooooo!
Like I said I do feel bad for this human being’s suffering, but it is self induced. There is no one to blame but themselves.

The average wage across Europe is lower than the poorest US state. Workers also pay much more taxes. All these safety precautions made most of Europe economically stagnant. They are also really not sustainable, soon you will see them raising the retirement age again and again

I live in Europe and we have pretty good wages

why bother lie about something so easily disprovable?
I remember getting a job offer in Germany back in 2015 for a large tech company there. They were very excited to have me and the prepared this really generous offer of... 100k euros per year
They swore up and down that I'd be making more than everyone in engineering except for maybe the CTO and also 100k euros is more than enough to rent a nice 1br apartment in downtown berlin!
my laughter must have been ringing in their ears for weeks

the expenses are way less retards and we have unemployment safety and sickness pay health insurance etc

Wrong again. Your houses are somehow more expensive as are most consumer products.

We Europeans are just better in general. Most of us don't know how good we have it compared to Americans and most of the world. We are basically nobility

hmm no

nop

don't get your panties in a bunch. europe is definitely a good place to stay safe if you're mediocre. they coddle their weak very well.
but it's just a lie to say you have good wages. compared to what? mexico?

Bro I've been to Germany, you guys are impoverished by American standards. I mean that literally: our worst state (Mississippi) has a higher standard of living and the people there have more disposable income.

There's no real reason for it either. Germany could be great. Your leaders are just shit and your shadow cabal is more focused on their own luxury than on growing the economy. It may be gauche, but it's more economically efficient for our American Lizardpeople overlords to just do cocaine and make blackmail sex tapes of each other than to larp as 18th century counts and dukes with historically accurate tax rates.

Bro I live like a king compared to you losers. I feel bad for you being so brainwashed by your government to think your faggot safety nets are worth living like a subhuman (compared to me, an American king).

he actually thinks USA is first world

geeeeg

YOP. There really is no comparison, in terms of sheer income/purchasing power.

HOWEVER, there is one thing I grant Europe. They have a better sense of nationality and shared community that leads to more general orderliness even if they aren't richer. This can create a sense of "comfy", security, whatever. But the sad thing is that Europe is in the process of pissing even that away. So they will be poor, and mutted just like us. I'd advise you to bring back the Nazis or something

Get bit by snake

$150.000 hospital bill

Also need to pay for ambulance ride +tip

These are correct, check immoscout24.de.
Total employment costs are comparable for Germany and the USA. It's just wage and net wage that are so much lower.
I negotiated 50k before taxes as a junior back in 2008, mid of crisis, and it was barely enough to survive in Stuttgart.
Just recently, I saw a wage guide for graduates, 50k is now considered a top of the line starting wage, despite 80% inflation since 2008.

It's a fact, Germans now pay their whole lives, and have to marry to afford a 120 sqm cuck shed, made of drywall and moldy within a decade.
250 000 Yuros is considered a steal for a 400 sqm lot to build your house on.
Check immoscout, ready to build lots, 300k is the median price, and on top you have to pay another 50k for parasites.

I have no problem with europe either
It's like a big theme park and they have great ski resorts.
Day to day life just seems a bit depressing unless you were born with generational wealth
Like, yeah, everyone has good worker protections and paid vacation and parental leave, but I get that here too
And it's not like the europeans use all this comfort to have nice big families or anything of the sort so what's the point?

I hate Europeans. Fuck them all. I make so much more money than them and I get good healthcare and paid time off. I’m not scared about being unemployed or getting sick because I’m not a little bitch boy and can make my own way. Fuck the government they can suck my cock. I don’t want or need their fucking help. Taxes are stealing.

92% of Americans have health insurance. This is a silly argument
And in europe you don't have to pay for healthcare but everyone still needs it and your population is aging which means more expenses so in the end it's just rationed
there is no substitute for abundance

American health insurance has ONE feature that makes it superior:

Health insurance companies cannot refuse coverage or charge you more just because you have a “pre-existing condition”

In Europe, once you complained at a doctor having a recurring headache or back pain, or being in a bad mood sometimes, it's over, you can not get private health insurance anymore.
You still get communist coverage, but it's nearly 15000 Euros in Germany per year by now, if you make a wage that is enough to buy said 1BR apartment.

I know because I've looked. I'd like to retire in Europe with my investments, but the cost of living is simply not better than America even, which is absurd, since they get 1/3 of the pay.

That's not even relevant. What matters is WEALTH if you put in the time, and in that category, it's USA first and foremost, Iceland, Switzerland, Norway, and the oil fed arabs. And the meds, but they just lie about what they have.

yeah I got annoyed that I posted that line
it's actually not free at all. they pay for it with their taxes and reduced standard of living
I get why universal healthcare is appealing if you can't fend for yourself. Like of course you want someone else to pay for your shit.

great now you make 250k and pay 30% to taxes , more expensive food that is lower quality. only fat girls in your dating life and end up with a lower quality of life.

kek sucks to be you, I pay like 100 bucks a month and I can go to doctor or hospital for everything as many times i want whenever I want even if my fucking toe itches and dont pay a fucking dime

get fucked 3rd worlders

But you are very correct, the public sphere looks rich, and there is a social safety net.
The downside is no high income outside nepotist circles and heirs, and no personal freedom.

making more money is what i used to convince myself to stay in america for 8 extra years. until i daid fcuk it ill earn 30% less and live 10x happier.

i feel like a traitor to the usa. but do you know there is only a .6 percent chance of being born a cis white male in america after 1995?

i can earn usd and travel the world. yes mostly for the women,

If you actually travel to Europe (95% of you don't have a passport so never learn how bad you have things) you will see that even poor Europeans have a better standard of living. Americans have to live in expensive gated communities to approach the quality of life Europeans have.

Of course it's relevant, disposible income is what builds wealth. Straight into my investment accounts

They have a better sense of nationality and shared community that leads to more general orderliness even if they aren't richer. This can create a sense of "comfy", security, whatever.

the concept you're trying to articulate here is "belonging"
if you were born to some swiss family in the 90s, chances are you can trace your roots back 100s of years to the same area.
In the US we have artificially made "belonging" into a cheap concept when in fact it's priceless.
I've seen the people standing with me in "US Citizen" when I arrive at a US airport. If this is the identity around which we have built our sense of belonging, what's the point?
hart celler, etc
euros are headed in the same direction though. it's depressing

this is true, america is a shit hole. any anon who disagrees just hasnt traveled the world. the secret is warning usd while living abroad. thats the ultimate cheat code to this modern life.... for now..

I got out and got international health insurance (250 a month right now, 400 if I'd live in Switzerland).
German private insurance would be 600 to 700 per month for me, middle aged man.
But private really is not bad, they now even pay to clear rheumatism from your immune system, if it's really severe.
Still lots of waste that drives the prices, people get paid spa stays for weeks if they have a bad knee and whatnot, 15k for nothing.
Public works somewhat, but has its downsides. Friend of my mother got skin cancer, had to wait eight weeks, now it's in her lymph node.
One could argue that they wouldn't have found it in the lymph node a few weeks earlier, so it would have gone undetected, but who knows, it seems earlier would be better in general.

it's so silly to use this blanket term "europe" or even "America"
If you want to compare apples to apples, try san anton am arlberg and telluride
both nice places. Telluride probably a bit richer. San Anton houses a bit older and better built.
europeans like to joke that America isn't a first world country. why? because they got robbed in NYC while staring at the empire state building?
I don't like NYC but London, Berlin, and Paris are hardly better. You'd have to go to Oslo or Zurich if you really wanted to find a favorable comparison and even then.

Yes, that's what I meant, I'm just stupid and can't phrase it properly (the vax, you know). What builds wealth is what I meant. Rest is just basic wagie existence tax.

at least it's not for lack of trying
