It's your own fault if your job can be easily replaced by AI/jeets
name some jobs that ai can't do
You think the deepseek thing didn't hurt Nvidia's growth QoQ?
not really. Nvidia's growth is disconnected from it's valuation: it's a meme stock. deepseek had an impact on sentiment, so did liberation day. nvda's price is mostly dependent on news and how MSM spins things, including how it spins earnings reports. so the question this week seems to be how to get john q (retail) public to believe that expertly-designed foreign-manufactured chips tailored to rapidly training AI will be able to sell products more profitably to the very public that will be put out of work by them.
companies will still buy massive amounts of NVIDIA chips
the narrative is saying that COUNTRIES, not companies, are now the ones buying massive amounts of NVIDIA chips. That is to say, they're shifting investor focus to nationstates like Sweden and Saudi Arabia, because the companies they previously said were the ones buying nvidia chips (like meta, goog, amzn, msft, aapl, tsla, etc) are all scaling back their orders. So now they have to find new customers to say are willing to "pay a premium" for "super good chips" and countries are easier to convince john q public as having deep pockets (especially "the oil-rich arabs"...who have a stellar track record of never trying to low-ball any vendor...)
fun week ahead of us gents, lets buy those bags!
...also if you buy nvda from any of the large banks that hold the largest positions, you'll also be contributing to keeping the financial sector solvent, so...way to take one for the team!
