What are your money saving tricks for the grocery store?
What are your money saving tricks for the grocery store?
Dont go hungry, go with a list. Have jews live in your head rent free so you can see impulse buys and immediately say, "jew propaganda jew mind control jew tricks." And walk away.
next on Anon Babble
hey guys this bump on my dick feels kinda itchy can you take a look at it and let me know if i should worry??
holy shit anon can you not go literally anywhere else with this shit?
also totally falso just go hungry
Slide something small into your pockets, then go to the bathroom. Next find a stall, eat it and flush the packaging. It's just too easy.
Buy the same cheap stuff and just rotate sauces and spices
there are no moneytricks if you wanna eat animal product, you are cooked
if you wanna eat goyslop grain sludge you can live off it purely and feel like shit and unsatiated forever due to no fats and so on
you will just be shitting non stop eating matrix goo
eating grainslop and beans and shit is cheap and plentiful but your stomach will be destroyed and you will feel like shit in general
if not, you gotta eat meat (no diddy) and that's gonna cost more
you could survive well off rice, pasta, beans, lentals, oats, potatoes
if you don't wanna feel like shit eating all that slop the passable carb slop is white rice and possibly potatoes, if you are rich you can add mince meat on that
that's about all you need, add in some fruits some time maybe
depends on how pozzed your digestion and how goyslopped you have become so far
is eating grainsludge a life worth living? I don't even know at that point
I need atleaast 400€ a month to sustain a 1kg of beef mince a day, that is like the minimum acceptable living
saving on food is impossible when your gut is cooked
sustain a 1kg of beef mince a day
nigga how big are you that you need to eat 1kg of meat a day?
Orientate by price/kg
Don't be afraid to seek discounts for expiring items
Buy ingredients not products
Cook yourself
But really, good food is the last thing you should save on, ditch every other luxury and/or start working first.
I eat 1 loaf of pumpernickel, 1 pack of tofu, and 1 bowl of frozen veggies per day and feel great. It costs me about $5.50 CAD.
Grains are Gods gift to us. Animals are friends.
I hope you at least know your butchers meat source, and aren't PAYING for meat with abscesses (nearly every prime rib)
add some evoo to that, or are you on some no fats diet?
This, saving money on food is a horrible idea. They want you priced out of health. You're going to pay for eating the slop every day and seriously out of pocket later so just fork over money for grass fed beef , organic and avoid the seed oils and processed slop. Save money elsewhere.
Fats (butter, oil, cream) give me horrible deep cystic acne on my face and neck. Sometimes even on my outer thighs.
That, coupled with having Crohn's, in forced to eat lean and clean.
Fish gives me no issues though desu senpai
tofu
It's söy..
I'll give you a healthy trick though. 2 lbs grass fed ground beef, a thing or two of beef broth (make sure it's not slop broth, make your own is tye best) and a strainer full of lentils and barley. Cook tye beef in a pot (glass or stainless steel is best) then once brown put in lentils and barley and simmer for an hour or so until lentils and barley are soft. Add salt and you have a pretty cheap, easy healthy af meal with lots of servings. Add some cheese and sour cream to a bowl if you want more flavor.
And add broth after meat is brown, duh
Thank you hungry skeleton.
Also by triangulating your back ground i am sorry to hear you are so short.
Manlets, when will they learn?
Oh and you should rinse the lentils and barley with water, preferably not flouride ridden city slop water.
triangulate this, lil man
t. 182cm
182
Thats not even 6 feet. Case closed, manlet.
Ubuntu
Also brainlet
case closed
Wow how convenient for you. But I'm opening the case back up. Post your fugly beer paunch, I dare you.
Why yes, i give out unsolicited nutrition advice on the internet
Squats? No, what are they?
Lol, lmao even
You have horrible fucking genes and a fragile ego
Stop posting your body here like some sort of homo
there are no moneytricks if you wanna eat animal product, you are cooked
Not true. Chicken thigh is always cheaper than breast. Frozen chicken tends to be best value (slow cook it). Eggs are cheap.
triangulate this
Judging by your phone, you have lke a 4 inch bicep too lmfao.
Nice arms, but the dirty mirror cancels it out and lands you squarely in subhuman territory
Nice arms
Kek
lol, lmao even
Always check the "price per ounce" or "price per pound" or whatever. You know how buying in bulk is supposed to be cheaper? Grocery stores figured out that people would just buy the largest size assuming it would be the cheapest option, and started jacking up the prices on those.
My local grocery store charges about 15% more per ounce for the huge 64-oz peanut butter jar than they do for the 40-oz.
The other big thing to do is price-compare across stores whenever possible. I can buy that same 40-oz jar at Costco for about 30% less than any of the local grocery stores, and that's not even on sale -- they've had sales in the last two years in January where they cut the price by another 30%-ish. On those sales, I get two 40-oz jars for about the same price that the cheapest local grocery store sells one 40-oz jar -- and in the "premium" grocery stores, it's even worse.
I eat 1 loaf of pumpernickel, 1 pack of tofu, and 1 bowl of frozen veggies per day
The sad thing is, after seeing your photos, I believe you.
Aldi for cheese and meat
Lidl for everything else
Take weekly visits to salvage stores to buy up nonperishables/canned goods
100/week and you can eat like a king. I got 40 jars of marmite for 8 bucks at a salvage store, then got a bunch of kerrygold for 2 dollars on sale at lidl, combine them on toast for a irresistible meal.
damn no good advice, was hoping to learn something
this guy gets it
I go for a few of the same recipes and essentials. Youll need to fork out some money on some pricier things for the long-term like olive oil and honey.
oats with dried fruit, seeds and honey
protein smoothies (whey, acai, pitted dates, banana, peanut butter)
lentil curry with minced beef and diced vegies (cheapest options like potato variants, carrot, onion and celery)
pasta with beef mince and vegies (mushrooms, baby capers, capsicum, onion)
spanish rice with seasoned chicken or minced beef
pic related is my beef bolognese with red wine and basil
I read somewhere something that went like this:
"Buying without a plan is bad, buying with a list is good, buying what's on discount is even better"
In other words, aside from a few necessities that you can't do without (and even those you can time with offers) try to always determine what each grocery store has with discount and prefer that. Some example: seasonal produce, meats or dairies that are nearing (but not yet) best by date, stuff that didn't sell well (usually on the first of every month), etc. Also, eat healthier, goyslop might seem cheaper but it doesn't fill you and you'll pay the bill in health one way or the other anyways, jews want you weak and drug dependant.
Also, invest in a freezer. They consume even less energy than a refrigerator and are incredibly useful when you find a good deal and need to buy in bulk, or even when you cook big batches of food and want to avoid waste. Most deals benefit from buying in larger quantities.
"Buying without a plan is bad, buying with a list is good, buying what's on discount is even better"
thats pretty good, but it forgot the first part, which is "Shopping while hungry is the worst"
Youll actually start nabbing up all kinds of bullshit if youre hungry.
If something is on sale that I use regularly, I just stock up, otherwise my entire diet is 100% weekly sale/clearance rotations.
If we want to get highly specific, here are the cheapest recipes I know:
Texas caviar:
1 Can corn
1 Can beans (whatever you like)
1 Onion
chop up the onyo and dash paprika and cayenne powder, cover with vinegar, drain beans and corn well, toss them in, mix, and refridgerate for a few hours for best results. Goes good with saltines. Two or Three filling servings (four or five as a side)
Chicken quarters:
Take a chicken quarter, pull the skin up, and rub down the meat with spices, then spice the top and bake until done, spices below
Pork loin:
Slice pork loin about three quarters to the bottom, rub spices in between those slices and on top, spices below
Nashville hot:
1 pt Cayenne
2 pt Paprika
1 pt garlic powder/dehydrated garlic
1 pt onion powder/dehydrated onion
pinch of sugar
Pampanella:
1pt cayenne
1pt garlic
1pt onion
5 gorillion parts paprika
Garlic:
same as previous recipe, but 5 gorillion parts garlic and only 1 part paprika.
Pork ribs:
Wrap ribs covered in sourkraut and jalapenos in foil, place in pan and bake until tender.
Everyone one of these recipes is about 5 bucks and has 2+ servings.
what's the best legume with the least amount of issues? no onions obviously
slip alkaline batteries into your pocket
this is the finance board. budgets are part of financing your lifestyle.
id rather have tons of threads finding ways to save money than all the other retarded shit on this board these days. theres not even fucking actual coin threads now and if someone even tries to make one about anything it instantly gets deleted. absolutely zero alpha to be had on this board. the last things that were ever profitably presented here was apu and harrypotter
Are you guys memeing or do you honestly believe he has a horrible physique? I'm getting really self-conscious here and it's making me feel terrible about my own body.
potatoes
he has a better body than 80% of people you see on the street. theres tons of retarded ugly faggots trying to drag him down and maybe one narcissistic gymbro
You need a grocery nigger. A grocery nigger is someone who steals groceries and sells it for a fraction of the price.
Thanks bro, appreciate it. Sometimes Anon Babble really messes with my head
If you get protein powder in bulk, it can be used as a meal replacement, and it's quite cheap. Picrel is $50 for 89 servings, so around 50c per serve. Add a spoonful of instant coffee and you just replaced breakfast for 50c a day. The more bulk you buy the cheaper it gets
Well I post on Anon Babble so Jews already live there rent free, might as well put them to work saving me money.
Damn that sounds pretty good
immediately say, "jew propaganda jew mind control jew tricks." And walk away.
this is me the second i leave my house
Lentils
1. Buy most shit from Walmart delivery.
2. Eat mostly staples. Like 12-20 ingredients should be 90%+ of your at home diet. And those should be basic, generic non branded shit.
3. This means you have a predictable consumption and can buy optimally so things rarely ever go bad.
4. It also means you consume things at a rate you can buy in bulk in ways that wouldn't make sense for a normal person and also be confident it won't go bad.
5. It also means ingredient price optimization is time efficient. Pricing out the best/cheapest peanut butter or chicken breast is kind of dumb if you eat one container of peanut butter a year or have chicken once a week.
6. Realize there's an optimal point of optimization and you'll get to marginal diminishing returns at which point you'd be better off doing something else. Chasing coupons or scanning weekly supermarket ads is rarely worthwhile. You know the general prices, if something does happen to go on sale you can stock up a little, but then again basic staples rarely go on sale in the first place because they're such low margins
I usually go dumpster diving outside of walmart and aldis and save alot. This is what i had the other night after rescuing some ahi tuna from there
Thanks for the recipes. But that price isn’t accurate unless you’re eating poverty meat. Grass fed organic pasture raised is the only way
Please realize why certain people do not make it to medicare age. The system would collapse if you had to fund mexican health care. That's literal poison designed to kill you that you are buying.
MEDS NOW
Most people eat junk and anon is talking about buying ingredients in bulk...
- Slow cooker meals.
- Frozen veggies, not fresh. Fresh veggies almost guarantees most of it goes bad.
- Skip frozen dinners. They're not as cheap as you think, bad for you, and you'll probably eat them out of impulse, not because you're hungry.
- Buy in bulk, then portion and freeze as soon as you get home. Only have a couple meals worth of thawed meat in the fridge or you'll lose money letting stuff go bad.
- Lima beans
- Get your spices and non-perishables store brand at Walmart. It's probably 35% newspaper grounds, but who cares. It's flavor, not nutrition.
- No snacky shit, no impulse purchases
- If you must have hot sauce, figure out one or two not horribly expensive brands and stick with it.
- Try store brand version of things at least once, you'll figure out which products are actually worth the non-store brand.
- Rice. Make use of rice.
- If there's a salad bar, use that to grab the portions of veggies you need for a certain dish you're cooking that day.
Maybe niggers are good for society after all.
Buy from costco and have them deliver to your home for free.
I could kick your ass faggot
Im also 6'5 in that image
only buy meat that is on sale, use shredded cheap pork shoulder/loin in place of ground beef
Newfag doesn’t know fugal threads are bread. And butter of biz. Just go back or stfu.
