OP, go start a zero budget or a low budget business. before you do start, make sure you validate your business first -- ask for feedbacks. dont start your business just to find out that your business is not needed.

find your potential/target audience. the nichier the better. find out their problems, try to come up with a solution. monetize that solution. those people WILL pay.

dont get a job. everyone at their job is just trying to do their job and go home. no one wants to make friends anymore which is understandable. you won't find connections you wont find ideas you wont increase your income at your job. i was the same too i should know.

remember; THE NICHIER THE COMMUNITY, THE BETTER. listen and think on your first feedbacks, they will shape your products. then get to building. but do it fast and get more feedbacks, and repeat the cycle.

How to come up with a good idea?
Funny enough I'm a half decent programmer but I'm on the network side of things. All my ideas are waaaaaay to autistic to be a hit. I'd probably be more likely to have success going the old school blog route with unique insights.

Unironically solve your own problems. All of my products that hit were ones I made to solve my own problems. It doesn't matter if they're autistic or not. List some of the ideas and I'll give you yay or nay on them or how to refine.

Think about the problems you have or tools you wish existed that are simple and can be made into an MVP for testing product market fit. I guarantee you're sitting on at least 5-10 viable ideas and don't even realize it.
