You're pretty much spot on. The only detail you missed is the initial release is 100m tokens rather than the full 200m.
Using the value of rank 100mcap for SxT then you're looking at somewhere around $6k for the first round. But this will vary depending on the projects success.
In the event the other build projects are remotely successful, 50 projects a year could be worth anywhere from $20k-$100k on top of staking pool rewards.
Since the pool is likely doubling to 100m instead of the current 45m in a few months, rewards will be slightly diluted again. But enjoy the initial round.
