And what's the best play for making it in a world where King Trump can destroy years worth of gains on a whim?
What does making it mean to you?
Just wait till the death squads start roaming.
Thats a very dangerous way to sit in a car. Imagine if he hits something and the airbags go off
I want to have the luxury to spend my whole day getting ready for the day, like that Ashton Hall guy
that's a rental car and some instagram model he paid $500
As long as the heroin boomers are in control the rules of the street apply: you need to hide your wealth and like you're just another person from jail. You may be able to get flashy in another generation, maybe not.
but it LOOKS like he's living the dream! seriously though why do people do this
if you're dream is driving around hot chicks in a sports car ok but i think that would get boring after a while
Don't give a shit about watches or cars, but a nice gf would be great.
Giving all my money to the President of the United States, just to get rug pulled.
he
Having a house i can improve on my own i guess
showing off your bored looking slavic gold digger
never got the appeal
It means having enough money to tell my girlfriend to keep her fucking feet off of my dashboard, which I already would, but she knows not to try it.
probably kek
a nice sounds investment that is accumulating over time. preferably a larger one that can support my retirement and relieve my future children of any burdens:)
It's not even a sports car.
It looks like a G-wagon or something. An overpriced Jeep made for rich stay at home soccer moms to flex on other moms.
Not having to work unless I want to. Having the freedom to pursue my own goals and not wage for someone else.
video
Get your feet off of my dash. Unless you want to know what it feels like when your shins break your skull.
Just not worrying about money anymore. I hate money, I'm tired of it, but you can't do shit without it.
Looks cheap as fuck with that glossy black plastic interior
driving like a nigger
They're actually awesome on the inside.
Ive driven many
Making bank through hard work. I'm referring to PHD's in quant trading, successful surgeons, and Finance guys working 100+ hours a week. This does not include dropshippers, lucky gamblers in the stock market, or course merchants
Sex with a pretty japanese hooker/vtuber and then killing myself.
Look I'll take it off your hands it can't hurt you anymore.
"making it" is having a literal prostitute at your side
I'll never understand this mentality.
Unfortunately, not having it isn’t an option. Everything depends on and revolves around it.
i want to live in a forested area, on 2-5 acres with a stream running through it. enough money to never work again. that's it, really
I need enough money to live on a nice island without a job. I'm estimating I need 2 mil for that on a comfy level, 1 mil bare minimum. 2m in a broad index would be 60k a year (5k a month) withdrawing only 3% a year, which is very safe and conservative actually. Then make music and paint all day, while taking daily swims in the ocean. Have a kid with my gf, eliminate the daily worries.
Currentlie have around 250k, 500k was my ath end of last year. I must make it eventually.
Just being able to quit my job and be the full owner of my time without worry.
Unironically, aim for rural EU. A relative of my GF got a government grant to keep meadows open and flowering using only a scythe to keep the grass down. Getting paid to do exercise. You can trade or sell stuff on eBay the rest of the time.
It's a 2019+ Mercedes-Benz G-Class.
They are quite nice on the inside actually.
Living in pattaya Thailand and being able to fuck any hooker I want, anytime without ever worrying about how much money I’m spending
That is Russia. Living there is by definition failing.
I just want to support my family.
If I can put my kids through private schooling and make sure that at least two generations don't have to work, then I'm happy. I'll gladly drive a Kia and live in a middle-class house if I can achieve that.
Enough to have a nice house for 500-700k and never work again so I’m thinking $3 million.
How much do you need for all that?
making it is retiring as early as I can in a quiet, majority-white area, preferably in a national park. By which time I will have married my ladyfriend and she will have sired me many sons with another in the oven
then I will play minecraft with them
you can live in national parks?
no, national parks are federal land
amerimutts are retards
Not having to work at all, not being stressed about work that you don't really care for, not having to give a fuck about problems that others impose on you just because of office politics, not being anxious about the opinions of other drones or bosses.
only doing work that you find to be meaningful and which appeals to your creative mind, doing work that actively make the world a better place and not just things that oh so slightly shifts numbers in a big corporate ledger. Being able to go outside in the sun leisurely at the most auspicious times. Not thinking about having to take vacations, rather just working when you feel like working and not working when you feel like relaxing.
All of this can be achieved with a paid off dwelling and enough investments to comfortably pay for utilities, food, clothing and maintenance. At $2k per month and a conservative 3% withdrawal rate that is around $800k in stable investments. With a base like that I would be completely stress free even though it would be a basic life, crypto gains or part time work would pay for anything more luxurious
i made it in the sense i don't have to work anymore but still can only afford the same slightly cushy middle-class lifestyle I had before I quit my job, so nothing has really changed. can't afford high end luxury cars, first class travel, or expensive escorts, though I still live very comfortably. freedom from wagecuckoldry is nice, but having achieved it can't really say it truly feels like "making it". making it is being able to afford whatever you want with little constraint
How much do you have for this lifestyle and where do you live if you don’t mind me asking
Literally just not having to work a job for money.
And when your dick rots and falls off, buy a new one!
gb2reddit, tranny
i've got several million which when accounting for future gains should be enough to last, unless something terrible happens. I take out about 4-5% per year. I live in Florida and my monthly budget is around $7000 a month. My housing costs nearly doubled over the past few years due to higher insurance, increased HOA dues, and what seem like endless assessments, so are now about half my monthly spending. Massively regret falling for the "buying a home" meme. I'm planning to move eventually so I can have more to spend on other stuff, but my family lives nearby which is the only reason I stay. You could definitely live my lifestyle for a lot less somewhere else.
What does making it mean to you?
Getting the fuck out of the UK.
know how to hedge and profit from all directional markets
This. Especially the corpo stuff.
I had an office life for about one year and for me was already enough. Never felt so humiliated and made a clown in my life.
Making it would be able to find a small home somewhere in a rural area on large acreage. I would need enough money to pay everything off, have enough to buy supplies with, and eventually try to live a mostly self sustainable life. I just want to get as far away from clown world as I can without having to leave the country.
1. Not having to work.
2. Having a property in a nice outdoorsy area, like northern new england, but within 45min of an airport. Also having a place in a city that I like.
3. Money to travel if I want.
Beyond that, I just want to be comfortable and not feel like I have to work or I might end up homeless.
