5 years to pay off car

5 years to pay off car

20 years to pay off house

can't have any fun anymore because have to penny crunch for the payments

What is the fucking point when I'll be old and can't enjoy my life anymore?

You've been Other'd, dominated, and subjugated.

Thanks for playing.

I have no sympathy for retards who take out a loan and then get upset about the consequences afterwards as though you had no idea.
Enjoy poverty. You've earned it.

jew gifted daddies house talking about consequences

It's one thing to take out a mortgage or a car loan, have a plan to pay it off, and then something happens in life and you no longer have that ability. If that's your situation then sure, you have my sympathy.
But I'm going to assume that isn't your situation based on your indignation at being called out. Retards like you will always be poor no matter how much money you have. You will always find a way to lose it all and hit rock bottom. I know your kind.

The other happy times never happened. We implanted those memories to keep you going. Keep hope. It already happened many years ago. It doesn't matter. This already happened too.

Everyday some maggot comes on here crying how hard life is.

Grow up.

At least you don't live in an African mudhut

The public educational system makes everybody believes they're more than modern literal slaves. They're not.

So the point is that. You're poor (aka, slave). Slaves don't own shit, but they "can" if they take a loan. The loan is made to be never paid and hook you in a wagislave life.

That's the whole actual "system". And of course you have the distractions: media, consumerism, religion, democracy, etc.

10 years in on a 30 year mortgage

barely 25% paid off

It's never not painful anon.

had a gf when stuck living with parents in late 20's

got a home mortgage late 30's and have 0 pussy for years now

such is life

take out a loan for a car

realize miserable and no money

destroy car and make it look like an accident

get money back

save money until can afford car without taking a loan

have enough money

take loan out

make payments every month with the saved money

not have to worry about car payments

passively get better credit for auto paying the loan off every month with the money that's been saved up

Smart. Although, unless it's really low, the boost to your credit score you get from making monthly payments instead of just paying off the principal is probably not worth the interest you're accruing.

really? damn, well, how else would i get good credit other than making monthly payments on a loan? isn't that the best way to build credit?

you get a job and start to ake some money

the most disgusting whores in the universe materialize and start implying they're into you, like you exist purely to pay for rotten old whores to exist

they seem happier than here ngl

Unless you have a history of missing payments, there's not really much point in intentionally accruing interest on a shitty loan for an extra credit score boost. You can achieve the same effect by just paying for everything with a credit card and paying off the balance on time every month.

I hope you are kidding. You just worked longer just to give interest payments to a bank man. You should have just

find the lowest interest rate credit card you can get

use it for daily purchases / THINGS YOU ALREDY HAVE TO PAY FOR

no new sneakers or pc

pay off balance monthly

none of your work goes towards giving banks extra money

hey just like

I have almost $7000 a month left over after paying my living expenses (including mortgage and car note). This sounds like a you problem. You need to get your bread up.

I've just been chilling while living at my mom's house. I'll inherit the house when she dies and just keep living here.
Can't really relate lmao.

You can achieve the same effect by just paying for everything with a credit card and paying off the balance on time every month.

Yep, It's 792-810 FICO for me with just credit cards on time. Not sure why it fluctuates because the spending habits remain similar.

What is the fucking point

Lose yourself in the drudgery of everyday waging. Maybe get a hobby like pokemon card collecting

no sympathy for retards who take out a loan

Also, this

Have a family that loves you

Not be a cultureless American

Simple as

could've bought a 2nd hand car

could've lived in a less expensive area

Taking a loan on a car has got to be one of the most retarded things people do as a norm. Just buy a second hand 2000-2010 Honda/buick/toyota/subaru for 1-3000 and use that. New cars fucking suck anyway there’s 100000 electrical components that all can malfunction and each fix is 1000 dollars

I cannot relate OP as I am not a complete bafoon

I have a Nissan and it rules except they stopped making my module so I'm sad :( but IDC I'll prob still buy another used ones because of how great it is yet non-owners have no clue it's great. Japanese cars rule

You're a butterfly talking to slow ass bugs who refused to grow. They cannot comprehend us sadly. The divide in lifestyle becomes apparent in the 30s

Why buy stuff on debt? I bought my house outright with no mortgage its just easier

Just buy a second hand 2000-2010 Honda/buick/toyota/subaru for 1-3000

wake the fuck up retard, it's not 2018 anymore

Buy uneconomical old beater with no warranty to save money

Pay thousands for repairs anyway

lol

Next I’ll find a Honda

Which is why you should have minivanmaxxed. If we are going to live in ze pods you might as well be mobile.

These are all in Washington by the way, so expect to find the same cars in a red state for half the price

IMG_4879.jpg - 1163x2098, 1.52M

Some Nissans, more modern but now I set the location to Texas/louisiana instead

But no by all means there is no secondhand market go get a loan for your 30.000 car.

IMG_4881.jpg - 1170x1666, 1.51M

commit fraud that when caught can cost you twice the amount of money

Since you didn't get caught great but I wouldn't try it again

take out death pledge

complain that it lasts a lifetime

Dead Pledge.jpg - 1080x553, 201.35K

Thats what your parents did originally
the 40 year mortgage has been a death trap for decades, the only winners are those who survived and then inherited their parents home and realized that not having a mortgage or any other payment but property taxes is a nice life

5 years to pay off car

Just pay under 5000$ cash for a pre-2015 Honda Civic you absolute cuck.

Enjoy life as a poor. Live in a van, travel, hike, do outdoor free things, meet outdoor girls. I’m now too old to do these things and am still poor

2003 Corolla with paint peeling is the new status symbol. Those guys are secret millionaires

Skill issue.

I'm an uneducated midwit with no technical skills that does low-iq low-skill labor in a factory and I'm doing better than the vast majority of other Americans. It's not my fault you suck with money management and life choices. Sadly, retards like you can vote, which means you'll eventually ruin everything by voting in retards that represent you and you'll eventually chimp-out and ruin destroy everything that was built before you.
