Reminder these people get to gatekeep others from employment despite having little to no real skills themselves. They get to decide who gets to make money and who stays destitute. Essentially who lives and who dies. HR has likely driven countless people to homelessness/suicide, and they get paid large amounts of money to do so.

There are things you can do to make these peoples life significantly worse and by virtue you should always make an HR roasties life horrible.

Their son didn't do the dishes yesterday and they are still mad? Oh looks like you won't get accepted. The couple she was hoping won love island didn't win? You're fucked buddy, no job offer for you. In order to pass the interview you could do everything right, you could even be a normie that fits into society and STILL even then not get the job just because of events in their life.

all you had to do was be nice. The interview is about getting to know YOU and seeing if YOU are fun to be around, the resumé you already sent in has all the technical bla bla that they 'need' so why would you even be going into more of that

I have moderate tism. Worked at the same company for 3 years and no one minds, but then again it's an engineering company with one female and every engineer is on the spectrum of autism.

HR was never meant for conducting interviews.
They used to be an optional pit stop when interviewing multiple people at a company and it was only so you could talk about benefits.
Somehow HR started doing all the screenings for jobs and they literally can't determine shit other than whether or not they like you.
Last time I interviewed somewhere that had HR conducting the first interview she wasn't able to answer a single question beyond what it says on the job description.
The entire thing was a waste of both of our time. But the kicker is I was perfect for the job in terms of skills involved, and it's flyover country and a technical job, so their dumbasses weren't filling the job opening any time soon.

Yep in our overly socialized and feminized world being extroverted and charismatic are the most important skills. Being good looking is very important also, if you can make the roastie interviewer wet she will hire you
