Landlord here. If the toilet gets blocked that's a "you" problem. If the pipes get blocked by what you put down them- "you" problem.
If a tenant tells me the sink is blocked I will say "sorry to hear that, do you want the number of a plumber?"

Eurofag here, does this work that way in the US? In Europe -or my country at least- every single fuck up the house gets into is a landlord problem. Of course the landlord that deals with too many fuck ups will grow suspicious of the current tenant and drive them out eventually, but maintaining the house as usable is mandatory.

Fat can clog the pipes before it hits the sewage system. Which is arguably even worse than if you just have your own septic system and do this dumb shit because you could create a pressure imbalance that results in the entire neighborhood's piss and feces blowing back into your rental unit. Which is guess is fine if youre planning on leaving but if you're living there indefinitely and just being a degenerate, then you're just playing hot potato and hanging on to the potato.

I have been doing this for literal years and never had an issue. I do occasionally use draino when something else clogs it
