What's the cheapest way to deal with them?

It would cost 26k if I got everything done at Aspen tomorrow or whenever. Of course, if I get insurance, that should shave a good chunk off, unless it only pays a tiny amount and then is done. So maybe getting really good insurance. It might still be complicated though as whatever insurance I get would only work for whatever doctors they say would work so I'd have to do some research and stuff. If I had to pay the 26k tomorrow I could figure it out. And tomorrow would be good. They look like shit and for the last three years have hurt like hell. I finally went to the dentist after over a decade bc my finances are finally mostly somewhat stable (my mom worked for aetna and had insurance through them and they paid for my teen teeth stuff but then said "pre-existing condition" on one thing and laid off my mom and when she died her debt went to me) and I wanted a tooth pulled - they were going to do it, but they also said 26k for everything and 3.5k for scaling and planing rn - they were hurting like super hell, so they gave me antibiotics, so they took a whole week to work and then ran out and I got more and they're about to run out so I'm about to be in superhell again.

I'm in the doughnut hole - I don't have enough money to take care of myself but I'm not poor enough to get free gibs - I'm willing to go to mexico or even quit my job if it helps. I went to a community clinic but they are booked for two months and I'm only slightly under 400% of the poverty level so they might not help very much. I'd like to just go somewhere close that idk charges very little for people with no insurance and then maybe I'll be able to get everything done for under 10k, I'm in ohio btw, I went to a free thing in cleveland last year and got one tooth pulled lol

also lemme say what happened bc this is important. I used teeth whitener, which is a 3 time thing, and I did it way too close in time to each other. That shit should be illegal, It's just bleach. Then, I ate a bunch of peanuts, like I bought a giant thing of peanuts from walmart and peanuts have phytic acid which eats your teeth, then, I worked a bunch of physically intense jobs, drying my mouth out, and saliva keeps your teeth healthy. So it may sound like escuses but for real, 100% fuck teeth whitener, peanuts, and dry mouth like I'm giving out a little real wisdom

Nothing to do with your mouth would cost 26k, they are scamming you. Get a second opinion or even better find a dentist school they have trainees with professional supervision fix teeth for half the price or less than a regular dentist. My buddy had teeth like yours and I found him a dental training center that loved to work on him to train them for cheap.

Mexico. At the border they have great dentists and it costs about 10-25% of an American dentist. And the Mexican dental offices are totally set up for American dental tourists. I was skeptical, but finally went (I'm in southern Arizona) and I will NEVER go back to an American dentist.

yeah I hear nothing but good things about the dentist along the Mexican border. They have better offices and equipment because so many people flocked down there. You could probably get porcelain veeneers for way cheap. Or get them pulled and use dentures till you can afford implants. Wanting to take care of your teeth is a sign of good mental health btw.

Rough dude. If you want a cheap low-effort preventative after your dental work I hear cistus incanus tea is good. You have to drink it regularly but it strengthens and cleans teeth. Has a bunch of other health benefits too.

Protip: always get two opinions on ANYTHING from a dentist, because literally half of the ones I've had as an adult have tried to scam me, either by telling me I had a cavity when I didn't (motherfuckers would have cheerfully wrecked my teeth with drilling just to make a car payment) or by telling me I needed a "nightguard" for "bruxis while sleeping" when I didn't. (Also, you can literally buy a self-molding mouthguard from Amazon for literally seven dollars.)

I had wisdom teeth that rotted and ached so bad I lost a huge amount of weight with how painful it was to eat anything. Get insurance with a low or 0% co-pay, and some dental health clinics offer a discount for people paying out of pocket.
In the meantime, get some clove oil and small cotton balls; dip the cotton in the oil, then place it directly over where the pain is. Clove oil will sting at first but works wonders for numbing the pain and is far safer than chugging down pain meds.
