The only thing I can think of that even remotely resembles replacing all their values and policy preferences with anti-orange man practices is the Ukraine situation, but it's hard to argue that supporting a country defending itself from an invasion is a reversal of their values. Ukraine is as much of a Nazi country as the US is. Hell, we even banned providing the Azov battalion with US supplies until they underwent Lehy testing in like June 2024.

Conservatives, on the other hand, don't like the medicine itself. They think big pharma has some kind of sinister, ulterior motive other than just maximizing profits. Even after Trump funded development of the COVID mRNA shot, he got booed by his own supporters for suggesting they take it (the one time I've ever seen them disagree with him), and they started treating ivermectin as a cure-all. Now they're even bigger on anti-vax and alternative medicine with RFK Jr. and Dr. Oz being part of the White House.
