What happened to OM?

This is a testament that there are still greedy devs and teams out there. Tell me some projects that I can trust.

I lost it all. I'm ending it. It was fun while it lasted.

legit there was a schizo poster in here like at the time saying something was going to happen my guess is they are going to short bitcoin with the rugged money

any LUNA ripple effect? guess it's 2022 all over again.

mfers. that's some greed. they never get satisfied.

When binance were doing the OM airdrops for sol stakers I dumped my OM rewards for almost the entire worth of staked sol. Was so insane it felt like cheating. Glad I yeeted that bag before it went to zero lol.

I remember LUNA. some dudes took their own life. this is not the end fren.

good for you. i don't hold any OM. not looking to short now as I might get liquidated.

other ppl say om was linked to cz chink from binnance. so we all know binnace is Chinese. maybe they wanted to pull their sheckels but a random anon did sayroughly an hour and a half something big was going to happen that was going to change the market and to buy eth after.

my guess is they are going to short btc and long eth.

not a shill just a thought full transparency im taking their advice to "buy eth after " now that its been like idk 8 hours or some shit. market open is going to be hetic so im guessing somone is going to short btc (tarrifs are still on eletroonics )

idk man honestly i should just buy spot levrage these days is a death sentence. its fuckin gay crypto needs to chill the fuck out and pick a direction for real markets to see it decoupling from the s&p 500 so its taking seriously from normies as something that is "safe" from a market collapse and to attract normifags to be all of our exit liquidity (true story) i kinda feel bad for op that shit had 0 signs it was gonna rug and seems like a halfway decent project

I lost $4500

I cant forget that in a hurry

only thing up is my blood pressure
we are so back... or maybe just so wrecked
mfw I thought we left this timeline

I member the schizo. But it could have been a coincidence. Given enough people, most unlikely events are predicted by someone.
And a rug in crypto isn't exactly a rare event.

Anyone who bought in between spring 24 and a few weeks ago is probably new, and will start to ask questions.
And the honest answer to the rug potential of any crypto out there isn't exactly pretty.
Big wallets everywhere, and even their absence says jack about the centralization or adversarial players.
Stock markets have their protections against this, but crypto does not. Personally, I'm waiting for staking to go tits up this year.

2022 was crazy. I thought it's the end of web3.

Rugs in crypto are like potholes in NYC—you're not unlucky, you're just early.
Someone always “called it” in a 43-like thread three months ago with 2 likes and a Pepe thumbnail.

Lol, so do half people on this board.

don't die before you make it. just buy and chill.

What's going on to OM?
Yesterday was at 20 and today at 80

well, it's just the beginning. you mfers need to understand that there will always be manipulations. not the end yet. we still have web3 banking pulling mass adoption. IRL in crypto will make it more accept.

I'm sorry for it Anon.

a normal day in the crypto space. another team rug.

I saw it too, RIP to the token.

Go for dino coins. They have been here for more than 6 years. XRP, EOS , ADA, XLM

normal day? you mfer lose money like it doesn't matter? you invest with the wrong team.

Official propaganda is this:
"Someone" used lots and lots of OM as a collateral on OKX.
They got unhappy with this, partially because of other big transactions with lots of OM in their and maybe other central exchanges.
So they "adjusted risk parameters", aka force-closed him, which triggered a selloff cascade.

To me, it looks like the usual, extreme-risk crypto deals and insider trades came together to form a monster wave.

Fr bro, 2022 felt like the apocalypse for web3.

Terra nuked
Celsius froze
Voyager rugged
3AC gone full ghost
FTX final boss arc
SBF speedrunning fraud%

Every week was a new “this can’t get worse” moment and then it did.
Whole space felt like a funeral with memes.

Lol, you should have bought mcgregor token instead. It has a lower chance of being a jeet scam than OM

new shit are mostly scam and cash grab. stick with dinos.

classic CeFi rugpull speedrun, GG no RE

Thank you anon for the answer

It’s not just about going for old coins, but going for the ones that has proven they can run non-stop for years, like eos.

I saw it too, RIP to the token

This is why I avoid coins that haven’t survived a full cycle.

That's the problem, this one did.

Kek, maybe you can cope some by joining the Boinkers Beta on TG and keep farming airdrops there

that's bad. I hope you recover it soon.

a proven team is the key word.

It wasn't the devs. Addresses that dumped their coins belong to Laser Digital.

i'm betting on VAULTA (eos). a great restructuring happening and it's just a good time for web3 banking. this will a real usecase for crypto.

here we are and same way it will be in 2030.

I've been watching the shift too. The way they’ve repositioned into real-world utility with finance tools is something they never really pushed hard on before.

This is a testament that there are still greedy devs and teams out there.

The crypto market has been reduced to smash and grab schemes. Almost all new project eventually end up as rugpull in a few weeks. Pathetic. This may be the true reason this bull market is underperforming.

Tell me some projects that I can trust.

I've been here too long to trust any project again. It’s the same chop, same hopium, same rug.

Send me your coins before you end it.

What's the schizo poster saying we should buy? I need that 100x.

there was a schizo poster

Yeah that really narrows it down.

I doubt its as bad as that, 2022 was hell. I actually thought crypto wouldn't survive the year but it did.

You were fucking lucky. Based move there.

Top kek. Just try to take some time off the charts in the bear market. That's the trick.
