When you want to sell this coin, you pay a 15% tax which gets distributed to the other people holding this coin. But not all of it goes to the pool, the dev keeps a chunk of it too.
So as soon as you buy it you are down 15%, plus on such a low mcap you won't be able to sell it all or you'll tank the price further.
Which means if you buy this coin, it will need to gain 15% in value just to break even.
