APU is the smallest cap out of all those 4 but is filled and infested with ranjeets and needfuls, which will severely hold it back. It could do as much as a 10x, going from here.
PEPE is a meme but one not so popular with normies anymore, it also became a symbol of hate after that yadda yadda shit, so it's doing max a 5x. Plus it's MCAP is already way too big.
SHIB is the ultimate top signal and bagholder coin, so from here it could do a 3x-4x realistically, but the bullrun ends the second the top hits.

Honestly I got to agree with this, Elon will continue memeing and pumping DOGE plus it's always been the normie memecoin. APU still has a lot of room for growth diehard community, I got 6 figures worth and am expecting another 10x min, hoping for 100x. PEPE will obviously do well but doesn't have as much headroom as APU. SHIB is meh seems like it lost the magic, nobody gives two shits about it, Shibarium, or the "utility" the memcoin offers anymore. Obviously not like it's going to zero as well established as it is and how many baggies it has, but I don't foresee a ton of growth either.

Of these, apu and pepe have the best chances to perform IMO. I think pepe is the safest bet though. Pepe can do a 4x-5x, Apu can go nuts, but It can also go straight to a nothing burger. say if you have $1000, do 800 pepe, 200 apu.
