I find the theory plausible that the HC may be Pepe whales leveraging Apu as a farming mechanism. They could be using funds generated from Apu to advertise it, which inadvertently boosts Pepe. This happens because those exposed to Apu advertisements often associate it with Pepe, as it's the first prominent frog-themed token they encounter, leading them to invest in Pepe instead.
Pepe is already at 9 billion market cap. Apu has so much potential and will go farther. Apu to Pepe is what Shiba is to Doge.
