It means the hedgies are executing orders to the millionth decimal to scrape out even the tiniest little margin they can. This is pure desperation, they want to front-run trades and it is meaningful enough to the hedgies to make a few extra dollars they stretch it out that far.

Algo is probably flipping fractional shares or shares for hundredths of pennies to control the price because gme is illiquid
