tell him life is a sandbox survival game. which it is.

if rent is getting paid then he should shut the fuck up

this inversely you could tell him he should work more jobs at his age before his body breaks down to save money.

He just wants alone time in the house. It's that simple. He doesn't really care about you having a job or not (assuming rent is paid) but it sounds like you're always in the house and for some reason or another he wants to be alone. Maybe he's a nudist and just wants to walk the apartment naked but can't cause you're there. Maybe he wants to steal something from your room. Maybe he just wants to listen to his own music on a speaker and not have anyone complain. Idk the reason but there is one.

You can larp a job, it might be a nice excuse to get out of the house for 14 hours a week.
Otherwise, you can do nothing. NPC wagies will NEVER understand the freedom you posses.

Exactly, but now he talks like i can do more cleaning because he already works so much. Fuck this shit
Kek not even untrue he lives off slave food (grains, veggies) and coffee.

Im not often there in the evening actually, so its not that. But would be possible elsewise
Yeah i could tell him i have a part time job sure. Well i will be getting one sometimes soon anyway. But yes they dont understand that freedom of the day.

This, I'm a landlord who rents out rooms in my home and I have a strict no WFH clause in my lease agreements. You can't spend the entire day in the house, it causes above average wear and tear compared to the wagie that leaves the house to work. You can't be staying home relaxing all day in my house, you have to be out at least half of the day during the week. Even staying home too long on weekends is frowned upon, you should be going out and doing things instead of using my internet.

Actually i dont understand the captivity of a 40 hour work week to be honest haha never worked something close like that in a week

Holy based landlord. Keep up the good work.

Try waking up at normal hours and put on a shirt and pants, aside from that just do what you were already doing. Sometimes giving the illusion that you are "working" is good enough.
I think normies just get pissed of seeing someone comfy when they have to work

You get into the pattern. You start to work more hours/harder as to earn more so that you don't have to work for more years.

The Rat Race.

that's not legal you idiot

I understand
The goy race

What do you mean it's not legal? They signed a binding contract with clauses. Being a remote worker is a character flaw that you can reject any applicant for, I want real hard workers living in my house, not some sperg who jacks off and pretends to work.

In europe you just get sued.

weak bait, try harder next time rentie larper

sounds like you'll never get any renters.

Pathetic, I live in an area that sides with landlords instead of rentoids every time (non blue state shithole).
6 (you)s and counting, gay boy
Renters are constantly applying and begging for me to give them a chance for a room; it's called owning in a desirable area so I have all of the power over renties.

kys

I'm jealous of you anon, I wish I actually knew enough about what I was doing in crypto to not wage.

Georgia sides with renters though and they are a red state

Georgia is only 50% White and "voted" for Biden, therefore it's a blue state shithole.

you are adding more value to earth than a thousand wagecucks. you just have to be better at selling it to normies. just say you are an online entrepreneur and day trader. act busy and pretend you have to make phone calls when he talks to you and shoo him out. make him feel poor and stupid.

If you got almost the whole day off it's a good start to start doing the dishes daily and vacuuming twice a week. Not even for the tidyness of the house but to better yourself. Doing tasks that you don't like regulate dopamine levels in the brain which in turn make you more productive in general. Usually when i finish one task i'll finish two more as i'm on a roll.

my wagie roommate

you mean your dad? move out of your parents house

Hope your house gets washed away in a flood with you in it

Burn

???
If you spend more time in the house than him then you should pay more rent than him. Simple.

Its not that i made it but i made a lot with arbitrage in 2021 and then i get crazy apy on my Ethereum with this one trick i regulary post here but noone of you follows me
warosu.org/biz/thread/58453706
Still works
Kek but no
Thanks the only value they add is for israel, ukraine and browns coming here.
Yeah that thing with dopamine and productivity is gone

They should split housework 50/50 regardless of work hours, they're two men not a married couple.

get a new roomate

Is it that difficult to ignore you roommates' opinions? If i were you i'd try to be lazy of a crybaby bitch and maybe get a job and 'professional biz poster' is not a job

This dude is saying this because he stays at home all day and it’s annoying for him to have other people around. But he needs the remote worker’s Wagie bucks to pay his mortgage. So he has to deal with it. Sorry landie I have to shit after my 9am stand up.

roommate

lmao the both of you are pathetic poorfags

lol he's your roommate not your boyfriend tell him to fuck off. you are splitting a living space not sharing your lives what the fuck would you do his share of cleaning because he made worse choices.

He can’t talk if he’s dead. Just saying

Quality post

it causes above average wear and tear compared to the wagie that leaves the house to work.

True.

Actually i dont understand the captivity of a 40 hour work week to be honest haha never worked something close like that in a week

I have worked a few 40 hour weeks in my life. It is total shit. When you look at your weekly/monthly timetable and 40 hour blocks of time is gone from Monday to Friday, it is demoralizing. Same thing I felt when I looked at my college timetable.

No clue how people do that shit for 40 years. Also, when the Sunday evening hits and you realize oh shit, 40 hours missing next week is insane. And when your show up to work on Monday and you have the whole week to spend at work. omg.

gr8 b8 m8

Why is that bait? DESU, if I was a landlord, I wouldn't want the wage at home just chilling all day.

it's called owning in a desirable area so I have all of the power over renties.

This. You probably get good tenants that have to leave for work too.
