Why do rich people keep telling me I'd be happy if I owned nothing?

live like a hobo in your 20s

invest all money into crypto

retire in late 20s/early 30s

It's really that simple.

Get 10k "I wanna mustang!"

Get 100k "I wanna Lambo!"

Get 1 million "I wanna Bugatti!"

If you can't learn to delay gratification you'll blow your money on stupid shit, it's really that simple. By learning to live simply even with a ton of money in the bank you learn what's really important to you instead of losing it all like some washed up celebrity who dies of an overdose in their bath tub.

Not having any women in your life certainly helps that. Like women either own 99% of household thinga or cause status conscious men to flaunt their wealth via things.

Just don’t buy worthless shit you don’t need and overspend. Save money.
You don’t have to literally own nothing.
I thought it was common sense.

our war is a spiritual war

I guarantee you this chink is a compulsive gambler. He doesn't have a choice but to own nothing and hustle retards into buying his courses because he keeps losing it all at the pai gow tables. A real man is both wealthy and enjoys the fruits of his labor

cuz nigga 1 the things you buy require long term maintenance 2 happiness comes from the inside, from things like like having fun or acomplishing something. the battle not the prize.

that is why you hear so many rich niggas are sad, its because they dont understand this. THE BATTLE not the shiny shit at the end

this is why people who suk dik to get to the top always feel sad at the end because they know they put in the cheat code to get there instead of hammering it out hard way.

*the hard way
hard mode niggas is where it is at

By learning to live simply

I don't spend money on anything but necessities like groceries and bills, save at least 1k a month, never go on vacation, not drive a car or anything but there's nothing I can do with the money that I save. Small apartments, even with lots of savings, stay out of reach. Gambling on the stock market doesn't give significant returns when played safe and significant gains are coupled with losing all savings. It's over. There's nothing to buy with the money but maintaining the current position in life.

Meanwhile I read posts like yours that are like cruel Arbeit Macht Frei signs knowing full well there's no social mobility anymore.

Because when you're truly rich then you don't have to work and can live out of a suitcase travelling from one 5-star hotel/resort to another if you want. That is a kind of "freedom" and therefore "happiness", I suppose.

delay gratification

This only makes sense when you're delaying it for a year or two. If your life's plan was to suffer until 40, that was a retarded plan. You wasted your youth and you won't know what you've lost until it's gone

i put 1k a month into crypto for a few years since 2017 and now im retired.

because it gives you a sense of freedom, when you've got financial security. I.e. when you're loaded. You don't pay taxes on properties and care for nothing being fully aware that anytime you could drop a million to buy one.
when you're barely scraping by, there's only one thing that's more stressful than owning nothing - being in debt.

Dunno maybe its just an age thing. I am 37 atm and I pretty much bought and tried everything I always wanted to own and everything including the fancy sport car felt underwhelming. I sold almost everything and now the most enjoyment I get out of life is having spare time to do my hobbies (working less hours per week), working out and seeing my portfolio grow. Its really simple shit if you break it down.

they keep telling you because it's true, the more things you own, the more you have to deal with the maintenance and problems that come with owning them, the best way to live is to be rich but own nothing.

Joke’s on you, I own nothing and I’m still poor as fuck.

You really are fucking retarded or a kike. Not owning a house, your still have to pay rent, which is paying a jews debt instead.

zip it, dumb poorfag
even poor, you would know what I meant if you had intelligence to understand conditionals of someone in a different financial situation. Rent is chump change for a rich person. They make more money investing capital equal to a house price, than they would spend on a rent

go finance that f500 then you absolute faggot. And then set up that gofund me when you lose your job. hahahahahahaha

I'm fairly well off and I live out of a suitcase or a backpack. Stuff holds you down and holds you back. Stuff won't make you happy. Cultivate satisfaction independent of material wealth.

Dude in the vid is right though. I finished school almost 10 years ago with over $150k of student loans. My starting salary was pretty good but I chose to live way below my means while I paid off my debt and invested in crypto and stocks. I ended up clearing my debts in 2 years and reached 7 figures net worth in 6 years.

for them, not having things is a decision. for regular people, it's not

it's less about "owning nothing" and more just being conscious about what you spend your money on. owning a lot of things is fine, by their viewpoint, if you are finding value in all of those things.

Because the rich people will own it, you will just be subscribing/renting from them.
If you own your own things, how are you supposed to pay your subscription to them?
Almost everything will be a subscription model in the future, you have already seen the shift in recent years anyway.

the "financial advice" they give to goyim is basically "stop buying goyslop". which is true you should be spending $500 on a hat that has a logo on it. but this wont make you rich either. the only way to get rich is to be part of a network, to step on people, or to gamble. you cannot work your way out of poverty

ALL PYSPOPS. even I, who went through something like an ego death, can tell these guys just want you to get out of their way. how about the rich give away their wealth if they truly believe in this concept, but they don't because they're selfish but pretend they're full of love.

People who you think are normal, are most likely insane and weird. the people who are weird, are more likely the most normal people.

in reality:

live like a hobo in your 20s

invest all money into crypto

lose it all

Sorry not sorry but most will not make it. The majority of people just aren't smart or cunning enough. 99% of people on Anon Babble will fail and wage forever. Cognitive dissonance doesn't change the truth.

working less hours

Fewer.

Minimalism can help you achieve financial stability, pay down debts, and be more independent. These are all important, but building actual wealth seems to require increasing your cash flow substantially. At a certain point, restricting consumption just doesn't help that much because the amount you're saving won't actually let you build a business, a strong investment portfolio, or whatever you want to do to become rich in a remotely reasonable amount of time.

If you find a reliable investment (whether that's BTC, index funds, or whatever you think will reliably gain value over decades) and keep putting money in at a decent clip, then yeah you'll become a millionaire before you're on death's doorstep barring some catastrophic event. But I don't think being wealthy by their mid-60s is what most people have in mind when they say they want to get rich. It's just way, way easier for an influencer to teach someone how not to be a retard with money than it is to teach them how to build a business that'll earn you a ton of it in the first place.

Still, not carrying a bunch of useless debt around and delaying your gratification is a necessary yet insufficient condition for building wealth, and it can definitely help a ton of people move from "living hand-to-mouth" to "comfy middle class".

Building wealth is the most important thing you can do - the future is bleak and money is the only buffer you have.
For various reasons, then the value of a human is decreasing - or rather the curve of human value (imagine X being % of people, and Y being value) is becoming a steeper and steeper exponential curve.
..and the threshold for when someone is a burden is creeping upwards.

Marry a nice girl, get a decent job, find a house and have kids.. You, your wife and your kids will probably evolve into "eaters" in society, just a net drain, mouths to feed that offers nothing in return.
You need to be a landowner in the techno-feudal society that is being birthed. You need to carve out your plot of land.

owning real estate is troublesome

thats why really wealthy people rent shit like jets and yachts

Richfags rent their jets and yachts to take less of a hit. Renting those things isn’t about profit, it is about minimizing loss. Not comparable to real estate.

happiness comes from the inside

lists external sources of happiness

lmao.

those are not external bro. "having fun" and "accomplishing things" start on the inside.

They only playing with your IQ. If wnat the reverse prepared to get some USDC with your TRIBAL. Go for it

But Owning TRIBAL makes sense 'cause it's like having your stake in something that actually works for you.

You painted is as something simple and attainable for lots of people. Really it kinda takes a lot of luck.

Being on Anon Babble gives the average user some edge over normal fags

Honestly, it's because if you own nothing you aren't responsible for anything. If I buy a phone that I plan to keep for 5+ years, then every scratch or dent has to be dealt with and I should take care to keep it in the best condition. If I instead trade in for a new phone every year, then the scratches and dents really don't matter at all, since I'm effectively leasing the phones. So it's more expensive but there are benefits. When you do that with everything, you "own nothing" but can be happy.
