There is a guy I met at poker a while back who was wearing a GameStop hoody. I played a little dumb, didn’t tell him I had 3000 or so shares at the time. He got excited but then immediately brought up bed bath and beyond and tried to tell me it was “very interesting” and I should “look into it”. I immediately realized he was fucking retarded and actually ended up winning some pretty huge hands against him using my knowledge of his deep retardation to my advantage.
Fast forward to this week and I see him again and am laughing hysterically inside as I ask him “how’s that whole bbby situation going? Did you end up making money?”
The look of sadness that came across his face was so fucking satisfying. God it was the most satisfying schadenfreude I’ve ever had I think.
